I have a project published in our LMS through SCORM 1.2 (HTML 5 only). It will not bring up the resume prompt upon exiting and return. Every other class we have uploaded has done this without incident. The setting is checked, and each slide has the "resume saved state" minus the quiz. Could you please give me some help on this? I can provide the raw file and the zip published folder if needed. This is on Storyline 360 with latest patch.
Is it possible your LMS is having an issue and not storing resume data? Therefore every time the course is launched it is as if it is the first time launched and the resume option will not show.
Thanks for your help Sam. I tested it on the link you sent and was able to resume. It must be an LMS issue they will have to iron out. Once again, I really appreciate your help.

Hi Andrew, this appears to be working ok. I've just run a test on SCORM Cloud and was able to resume my session (was given the option to resume or restart).
