Resume Saved State Not Working

Good morning! I have a issue I need help with. I created a training that has 8 quiz questions on it and have changed each slide to resume saved state when revisiting. However, when tested in our LMS every time the learner reopens the training after submitting their answers multiple slides show up as not having been answered. While others show up as being submitted. Is there a step I'm missing on the player or when I publish it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Nicole!

I have a few troubleshooting steps to get us started:

  • Are you noticing this in Storyline 360 when you review quiz questions? Or is this only happening in the LMS?
  • Is every student experiencing this?
  • Have you tried importing the course to SCORM cloud which is an industry-standard testing LMS? All you need to do is import the course to SCORM cloud, take the quiz, and see if you're noticing the same issue with the resumed state.  Here are the steps for importing the course to SCORM cloud.
