"Resume where you left off" not working with quiz

Hi all,

I've read a few threads about this issue but can't seem to find an answer.

I'm running Storyline 2 in Moodle 3.1. I cannot get the 'resume ..' feature to work, it keeps taking me back to the beginning.

I've tested it in SCORM cloud and it works there. I have other SCORM packages and it works fine, just not this quiz.

First I thought I had too many slides/characters, but I only have 15 slides. The ones that work has 20.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciate.

Hi there Melissa!

Sorry you're hitting this problem, and thanks for letting me know you've already tested in SCORM Cloud. That's usually the first thing I'd recommend, so you're one step ahead of me!

Are you publishing with SCORM 1.2? If so, you might try SCORM 2004 3rd Edition or 4th Edition, both of which support much longer suspend data.

Also, I would reach out to your LMS support team to let them know that the course resumed correctly in SCORM Cloud. They'll best know how to troubleshoot LMS-specific issues. Let us know what you find out!
