When you give your learners the option to retry, you'll want to make sure that you are resetting the results of your quiz first before redirecting your learners to the start of the quiz.
Having the reset results trigger execute before your learners attempt to retake the quiz will ensure that your quizzes can still be answered on a retake.
If you already have this trigger present, would you mind sharing your project file with us so we can take a look at how it is configured?
Hi I am also having this issue, I have tried both ways when revisiting, reset to initial state & resset to saved state and its still dsabled, I have my retry button first but on the failure layer?
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at how you setup your quiz? We'll delete it as soon as we're done troubleshooting the course.
