Review Layer for Text Entry

Hi All,
I'm having trouble with the review layer for a free form text entry quiz.
When the learner reviews the quiz, the template for the quiz looks like this:
Notice the check mark and the text to the left? We really need to remove this as it doesn't fit with our design. Can anyone please help?
We have tried creating a new review layer but this doesn't allow us to remove / edit this text.

Hi Janita,
It's hard to tell from that image, but have you looked at the options on the results slide to uncheck "show correct/incorrect answer" in regards to the review?
