Review Quiz Answer bar incorrect

Hi, am hoping someone can help me solve this issue..
The quiz works fine (even shows the correct layer upon each immediate question completion) but when I click on review quiz the bottom 'answer bars' for all text entry questions that I got correct says 'incorrect'. This is only happening with the text entry questions and only for the ones I got correct. (the incorrect ones show the incorrect bar too which is fine).

Hi Nikki,
Can you check out this thread? I just answered a similar question. It may be a start toward figuring out what's going wrong, although I'm not sure why this is only happening for you with text entry questions.
If the solution on that thread doesn't work, perhaps you can upload your file for the community to take a look.
