Review results show all questions incorrect

Hi,

I have a problem with the Review results function in Articulate storyline. I use a question bank for the final quize for my course. Everything works fine, the feedbacks, the points...etc except one thing. When I click on review results button every answer is marked as incorrect even the ones I answered correctly.

Has anyone come across the same problem?
