Saba Cloud/SCORM 2004 - Reporting/tracking issue - All slides viewed not working

Hi there, 

My client is having trouble with completion status reporting in Saba Cloud. The reporting is set to send "Passed/Incomplete" to the LMS after all the slides have been viewed but it is setting it to complete after only viewing a couple slides. I can't replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud. 

Has anyone experienced this or have any tips on how to fix?

As this pertains to an LMS, thank you for having tested your course in the SCORM Cloud, and I understand that you are not seeing the same behavior there.
