Is this a course you created in Storyline or Rise?
Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud yet? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to determine if an issue lies with an LMS or the course itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud and it's working as intended, then your issue is likely LMS-based.
