I am trying to publish a completed Storyline 360 module to my course webpage. Our university uses OU campus as its platform. I exported the unit as a zip file, but cannot upload all the files because OU campus does not allow file names with capital letters. That made a huge number of files invalid. Changing those file names would throw everything off, I assume.
I believe the answer is "yes" as SL embeds and references filenames within the published material. Best you adopt a file naming convention early in the project process. I recommend lowercase, and dashes or underscores.
I'll defer to the SL support team for the official word
Great question! First, I would look to see if you can recreate the issue with SCORM Cloud and/or add a file with various capitalization and a file with all lowercase to see if it follows the output files for confirmation.
Changing the name of the file shouldn't affect the actual file itself, but best to take extra precaution!

Thanks for your reply. In the end, it was just easier to go with Google cloud.
Thanks anyway
