Score not coming as 100% in Results Slide

Articulate Community please help!
The passing score for the final results slide is 100%, but the user gets 2 attempts, and they also get told the correct answer after their first incorrect attempts.
The problem is, when testing, and after seeming to get everything right, the score is still not coming up as 100%. Only Knowledge Check are included on the quiz results, there are other quiz on the module should not be included on the results. Please advise what is wrong we need to resolve this ASAP. thank you!

First, verify that the Quiz Settings for the Results slide only include the appropriate Knowledge Check slides. 

Also, on each question, check the following:

  • The appropriate response(s) will be scored as correct.
  • All of the Points are assigned to the correct response.  ( You assign Points in FORM VIEW.)

If all of that is set up correctly, then I suggest you upload a copy of the .story file for troubleshooting.

Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:

  • Only include slides that are involved in the problem.
  • Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
  • If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with ipsum lorem text.
