score.raw getting stored to LMS multiple times

Hi All,

I have multiple assessments and multiple result slides in a course. the last result slide combines the score of all other results slides and this last result slide is used to track the score in LMS (result slide to report: last result slide)

When I checked the log on LMS, I observed that the value cmi.core.score.raw getting stored into the LMS multiple times. I was expecting that when user reaches to the last result slide then and then only the score gets stored to the LMS.

Because the score gets stored multiple times, I am having issues on LMS.

I would like to know is it a bug in Storyline or something needs to be done in order to stop multiple score setting?

Hi MK,

If you're experiencing issues with LMS content, please refer to the following article, which outlines common issues pertaining to viewing and tracking content in an LMS. Specifically I would recommend testing this in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is reproducible there. If so, please let us know. 

Also, be sure to package your published content properly for your LMS.

If the issue persists in your LMS but not in SCORM Cloud, please open a support case with your LMS provider, since they're your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
