Nitin,

When publishing you want to:

1. Select publish for LMS,
2. Check the box for "Include HTML5 output"
3. Deselect the "Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android" checkbox

If I publish my file using these settings, one of my trigger (x) Button to exit the course stops working. Rest all triggers are fine. Can you please help me to sort out this.

I am also attaching a sample for your ref.

Nitin, We have found the exit button to work well in some browsers and not in others, so we do not use it in our courses, instead we include directions on the last slide of the course to close the course via the browser's exit button which works just fine.

I've also heard that the exit button works better in some LMS's than others...

How should I make my story SCORM 1.3 & HTML 5 Compliant?

Actually the problem my client is facing is that he cannot upload it on LMS.

There appears an error message as:

IMSMANIFEST.XML file does not exist in the uploaded .ZIP file.

Please help to sole the problem.

My client is facing a problem that he cannot upload the published file on LMS.

I have published the file using the settings told by you above.

But while publishing, there appears an error message as:

Can you please tell me how to solve the problem.

Have you tried uploading your published zip file to Scormcloud (industry standard LMS). If it uploads ok and works there it may be an issue with your LMS.

Just let me know one more thing

While publishing the story for SCORM 2004 complaint, do I need to deselect "Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android".

I would deselect it, as the articulate mobile player is only Tin Can (xAPI) compliant.
