When uploading a SCORM package published in Storyline 360 with no formatting, layers, triggers, etc., the SCORM uploads fine. However, when I add the formatting, layers, triggers, etc., and publish to LMS SCORM 1.2, the package doesn't upload anymore. However, the same SCORM package uploads fine in SCORM cloud. I'm using the Chamilo LMS. I'm creating my own ZIP manually in the output folder. Any ideas on what I need to do to fix the issue?

SCORM Cloud is the first recommendation for testing, so thank you for letting us know that it's working there as expected.
Have you tried zipping the contents from the publish successful dialog box vs. manually to see if that works better for you?
Are you getting an error when trying to upload or is it just failing?
