Hi- I cannot get my SCORM 1.2 course to play on my iPad through Safari. I do have engage code embedded in, but I published with the "Publish for HTML5 and mobile device options" all checked. I tested on cloud.scorm.com. It works great through a browser on my laptop, but not on my completely ios updated iPad 2. I tried to launch through both Safari and Chrome on the cloud.scorm website. Please see attached screenshot from my iPad. Any ideas?
If you included the option to play within the Mobile player, it'll default to that vs. HTML5 in Safari. Since the mobile player needs to play LMS content with Tin Can as the publish method vs. SCORM - that's likely what you've run into. You can unselect that as an option, and then I'd also look at the article here for additional information on how we determine which content to show the user based on how they've access it. I'd also encourage you to confirm that you're using the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 10.
Hi- Thank you so much! This worked to play the whole course except Engage Glossary. Now my Engage interaction is not working on the iPad, but there seem to be other threads on that. Working through this.

Hi Elisabeth!
Check out this comparison chart. The Engage interaction will not work in the HML5 output.
