Articulate Storyline 2 course image/text elements NOT showing in iPAD using Google Chrome or Safari

I have published a SCORM 1.2 Articulate Storyline 2 course on our LMS. The course plays without issue on a PC using Google Chrome. But when I tested the course on an iPAD using Google Chrome, the slide background and audio would play, but no images or text elements would show on the page. The course was tested on my colleague's iPAD using Safari, and it worked perfectly. Yet on my iPAD using Safari, the course did NOT function properly (again, the images and text elements were missing). I repeated the test using the SAME SCORM package on SCORM CLOUD and experienced the same results: OK on PC with Google Chrome, but NOT OK on my iPAD with Safari. SCORM CLOUD stats indicate that the SCORM package is OK, and LMS tests indicate there is no issue with the LMS. The only variable that seems to be an issue is some version/setting on my iPAD or Safari Browser that is preventing the image and text elements from appearing. Can anyone offer any insight into what might be causing this problem? I would like to ideally solve the problem, or, if the issue is related to the browser/app settings, advise our users on what settings to specify in order for the content to play properly. Hi, Yvette -- Thanks for reaching out and indicating that you have already tested your course in the SCORM Cloud, as that that is typically the first troubleshooting step suggested for LMS courses. Would it be possible for you to share your file so we can do some testing? And in case you'd like to take a look to ensure you are viewing content in a supported format, here is our System Requirements sheet, as well.

Certainly! I have attached a sample file here with images and one layer (check the first checkbox). I also need to test whether the marker functions on an iPAD with Safari or Chrome. Thank you so much for your help!

UPDATE from Yvette's case for anyone who is following along here...
The latest correspondence from our engineer, Eloisa, recommended that she be sure and update to version 7 of SL2 as follows:
"The latest version is Update 7. Here's the release notes for a complete list of changes in this Storyline 2 update.
Please download the zip version of the latest update here and extract on your local drive:
Please note that Articulate software must be installed with full administrative privileges. If you're not an administrator on your computer, please ask your IT staff for assistance. On the other hand, Articulate software must be activated with a valid serial number by the person who will be using it. Administrative privileges aren't necessary for activation.
It is also recommended to temporarily disable your antivirus software, if present, to avoid possible conflicts during installation."
I found the Articulate Updater helped to update many of my older published modules without republishing them all.
Just point the Articulate Updater at your published module folder and it updates the older files, quick and easy.
Looks like older modules and newer browsers / mobile devices are not playing well together.
