I recently launched four SCORM 2004 edition 4 courses and have had random users on 2 of the courses not be able to resume from a certain slide where they click all the material on the slide and the resume arrow doesn't appear. We are using ComplianceWire (LMS) and Chrome. I've retested the courses over and over again and only have experienced this issue once. I've also tried resetting the slides to "reset to initial state" but the courses have audio and that wasn't a viable option.
