I have published my Storyline course as SCORM 2004 and uploaded the zip file on SCORM Cloud. For some reason, the SCORM cloud course menu doesn't synchronize with my storyline course menu. What can I do to solve this issue?
Think of your Storyline course as a single SCO (Shareable Content Object). SCORM Cloud (or any other LMS) doesn't "peer inside" of a SCO to see lower levels of hierarchy or activities within a SCO.
The menu on the far left of your screenshot is at the SCO level. If you had multiple SCOs (packaged with a tool like Adobe's Multi SCO Packager 2019, which ships with Captivate 2019), you would see each of the SCOs listed in that menu, but not their internal hierarchy.
