I use Storyline 360 with Moodle as my LMS. In the past, I know there was issues that with inconsistent reporting. I have users who have completed a unit/SCORM and get a grade of 0 when they have completed it. My setting is student must complete activity and get a grade of 100.
Is this still happening with reporting issues with Storyline 360?
are you using an old version of Moodle? - modern web browsers recently made a number of changes that broke the way SCORM was working in Moodle but this was fixed in the newer supported Moodle releases.
If you're using an old version of Moodle you'll need to upgrade to a recent stable supported release to fix the reliability issues.
