Screens vs Frames?

Feb 13, 2017

I have a question about nomenclature. When storyboarding courses for articulate developers, I don't know whether to use the term screens or frames. They seem to use the words interchangeably. I would say a screen is the equivalent of a scene in a movie and a frame would be the equivalent of a shot or cut.

Hello John and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Not sure that there is a standard or recommendation for that, but perhaps others in the community will be able to chime in. I mean we use slides and scenes for the Storyline software. Not sure if you could just define the language you wish to use with your team for consistency during project development.
