I am an After Effects user and I am just beginning to learn Articulate storyline. I was wondering if there is a way to scroll across the timeline to see all the elements animate on as they are placed along the timeline (just like After Effects). Currently everything is piled on top of each other as I scroll across. I can see the elements appear in the correct time in preview mode, but I was wondering if it is possible to see this in the working space?

No this is one feature that has been requested a lot but has not made it to the top of the pile yet

As Phil mentioned, while not currently a feature in Storyline, we have a request logged for a Scrub Timeline Feature.

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 66, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the features we’ve included is:
Scrub the timeline to quickly see when timed elements appear and disappear on the stage without previewing the entire slide.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
