I've got a 4-minute explainer video that I have embedded into a two page course in Articulate Storyline. On page one, the video plays. At the end of it playing, the course auto advances to the second page which congratulates them, points out the references tab for further info and has an Exit the Course button which I built with a trigger Exit the course when the learner clicks the button.
Two problems...
1. The seek bar doesn't show up on the video page...all the learner can do is mouse click on the video itself to pause and play. I can't even get the seek bar to show in locked mode. but when the course moves to page two...the seek bar appears. Also, my exit button doesn't work. The course just hangs there and need to X out the browser window to leave. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi, Russell -- Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing, but there are a few troubleshooting steps we can try first to rule out the causes of some common problems. You may want to try importing the file into a new file, and if you are still having issues, you might want to check out this info on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in SL2.
Also, would you be able to share whether or not you are seeing this behavior when you are testing in the intended environment?
