In the classic player, when I change seekbar behavior from 'allow user to drag seekbar' to be 'read-only', it switches itself back when I click ok. I have the course set to restricted and so I don't want them to be able to drag this seekbar. What am I doing wrong?
I'm sorry you can't keep your seek bar set to read-only! I couldn't replicate this behavior while testing this with my own files. I have a couple of follow-up questions for you.
Are you using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360?
Are you seeing "Allow user to drag seek bar" when returning to the classic player settings after changing it to read-only?
