Is there an efficient way to select an object in a layer when there are several layers and objects within a timeline? Currently, it seems like the only way to edit something is to lock and hide everything except for the desired object. Then unlock and unhide everything afterwards. This is such a tedious process. Am I missing something?
How exactly are you wanting to select the object? Do you mean within the slide itself, to modify it, or when the course has been published and viewed as a learner?
If you're trying to modify the object and it's behind other objects, you could try moving it up or "to the front" on the timeline, to make sure it's not being covered.
