I know this is an issue we reported to our QA team in regards to the HTML5 output and I see it's something that they're still investigating. Are you only seeing this in HTML5 using one of the supported browsers such as Chrome on a PC/Android device or Safari on a Mac/iPad?
You can still view the HTML5 output on a desktop, in a browser such as Chrome. If you're seeing this in the Flash output, I'd want to know if you could share a copy of your .story file (you can upload it using the "add attachment" button at the bottom of the forum discussion) and also let me know if you're using the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 10?
I uploaded your course to SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content. You can view it here. It worked fine in the Flash output for me, but I saw the same thing in the HTML5 output where the separator line is raised, and that is an issue that our team is investigating. I'll be sure to include this thread in the report filed so that once there is an update we're able to share that information with you here.
Hi Tamara! I did some testing in Storyline 360, and I'm seeing the same thing you're seeing in the Flash output. The HTML5 output looks correct, though.
We haven't yet seen this reported for Storyline 360, so I'm really glad you brought this up. I'm going to take this to my team so we can begin looking at next steps. I'll keep you posted on any new information I receive!
Your welcome, Tamara! By the way, it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it. :)

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for checking-in. This is on a desktop computer.

Okay thanks I attached the file, and I am using Update 10.
Thanks Dan for sharing your file for me to take a look. I'll be back in touch once I've had a chance to check it out.

No problem Dan and we'll be in touch once there is additional information to share!
Has there been any resolution to this issue?
Hi Tamara,
Thanks for checking in! The issue mentioned in this thread is for Storyline 2--are you also using that version of Storyline?
I don't have an update on this Storyline 2 bug, but let me know if you're using a different version, and we'll take a closer look!
I'm using Storyline360

In 360 I changed the Player font size from 145% to 100%:
and it seems to have fixed the issue.
