Does anybody know if there is a way to remove Shadow Text as a default on captions please? I know how to remove individually however, the Shadow Text doesn't pass our standards so at present, we are having to manually remove each time we add a caption. I am wanting to set our template to not have shadow text as a default setting.
When you create a caption with text, you can change the font to how you need it, then right click on the object and "set as default shape" this will be the default for any captions you add in after that.

I have the same issue.
The solution is not working for Caption (speech bubble / Call out).
After the project is saved with font shadow, you never can not remove the shadow.

You may want to look into using the Format painter in Storyline. The shadow effect does appear in the captions only by default.
