Short Answer Survey Question in 360 not Submitting

I am trying to make a short answer survey question in 360. The students are writing a check and I wanted them to put their own name at the bottom, so I added a survey question for this. It doesn't submit though. Is that feature not working in html5? I remember there was something about backgrounds on the word bank question so I wondered if it had something to do with that. I would like to keep the color yellow if possible as that matches the rest of my Storyline set up. It is the last slide before the Results slide.

Hi Amy,
Where are you publishing and uploading the content?
I just published and uploaded (with the menu enabled so I could jump to the last slide) to Tempshare and it submits as expected.
Do you experience an issue with my published output here? If so, what browser are you using?
I had not yet published it. I was testing it in preview mode to make sure everything worked. I assumed if it is not working in preview it would not work published. I will try it and let you know
So it is working in the published version. Is that normal? I thought the preview was to check to make sure it worked as it should in the published version. Do I need to be testing everything live as well as in the preview?
Hey Amy,
Thanks for popping in with an update. Some items may not preview as expected, such as links.
I'm not sure why this one is not working for you though, as it previews for me as well.
It is so strange. The preview will not work for me, but again the uploaded one is so I guess problem solved??? Thanks for the help.
It certainly is Amy. These are the toughest ones to crack sometimes.
I would assume that it's not the file, since that works well for me. Have you done an update recently or perhaps a repair of your software would help.
I'm having a similar problem, although it works for me when I preview the course and doesn't work for my SMEs when they attempt to review the short answer survey question in Review 360. They are reporting that it won't let them type anything in the short answer entry field, and therefore it won't let them submit. I can't replicate the problem, so I'm having difficulty troubleshooting.
Hi Laura,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your file! I tested the slides in preview and Review 360 and was unable to replicate the issue.
Is it possible your SMEs are using an unsupported browser for Review 360? You can review the list below:
