I have developed a Storyline file with activities for young children. It plays perfectly through the Articulate Mobile Player. I am hoping there is a way to create an icon shortcut to it so that the kids don't have to drill down through the Articulate Mobile Player icon to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I'm sorry, but I don't believe there's any way to create an additional shortcut, or a shortcut specific to a course within the Mobile Player. For now, learners will need to launch either the link to the course that you share, or open the Articulate Mobile Player and select the course from the library.
One quick question, though - how are you distributing the course? Are you sharing the link through a website? Perhaps you could create a shortcut for that actual site. This way the learners could launch the site, click the link and access that specific course. I'm not sure if that would make it much quicker, but if they're working with many courses, it might save some time :)
Also, if you'd like to see more options like this for future releases of the software, we always welcome feature requests.

They would then download the course onto the child's iPad. What I would really like is an easy, simple and appealing access point for the children to use the program from there. It's preferable the course is not accessed from an internet link each time but rather the children can easily find and use it on their iPad.
I'll certainly put this request in as a feature request and keep my fingers crossed for the future. Meantime if anyone comes up with a clever workaround I would be very grateful!
