How do we assign 20 shuffled quiz questions, that are taken from a bank of, say, 40 questions? We want it so every time a staff member starts the quiz, they are issued 20 questions that are different from another staff member.
The shuffle will work based on each individual user when they log in to take the course and if you've selected to include 20 out of the 40 they should be presented with the shuffle. Since there are only 20 questions you're drawing from a question bank of 40, there isn't a way to guarantee all users see different questions but it should present them with a variety from the bank.
