You guys have been brilliant in the past with you solutions so I'll put another problem I am having out to you all. I am having trouble with shuffling answers on Free Form - Pick One activities. If I answer the question and then go back to the question again, it is shuffled but just the one time. If I go back again for another attempt and then continuously after that, it just shows the same sequence for the answers (shuffling no longer works).
Let me know if you have any ideas? I assure you that I have Shuffle: set to Answers and I have "Reset to initial state" set for when revisiting.

Do you have the "try again" set up as a layer currently? If you created a version of that layer as a new slide, you could set the trigger to "jump to slide X" which is your question slide and if you had it set to "reset to initial state" it would treat it as a new visit and therefore shuffle again (granted, there are only so many ways it could shuffle, so you may see the same set up as before). If you're going to use this method, you'd likely also want to track a variable so that the user can only try again a predetermined number of times.
I have an activity set up just as you describe and the answers aren't shuffling. I could've sworn it was working previously, but maybe I was just imagining things. Anyway, it isn't working now. I have a 'Try Again' later setup to Jump to the question slide, with
Reset to Initial State', but the answers are in the exact same positions. The answers only shuffle the first time you attempt the slide. After that, no more shuffle.
I took a further look at this, and saw that yes, they don't reshuffle on the try again and this is currently as designed. If you'd like to see this behavior in a future edition you're welcome to share your thoughts in the form of a feature request with our product development team. Sorry for any confusion!

With all vendors that I know (with the exception of QuestionMark Perception), shuffling answers does not occur each time a user re-enters a question.
Answer shuffling is always between user 1 and user 2.
What you are experiencing is a standard practice.

I've worked out how to properly phrase this question now.
Is there a way that I can shuffle the answers on try again with any of the Articulate Storyline interactions, specifically Free Form - > Pick Many?
