I am creating a question bank of 50 questions. These questions will be allocated as an assessment to a large number of employees in my company. The condition is that only 20 out of 50 should appear for each person and the questions should shuffle. For example, around 5 questions can be same for 2 different person but the rest should be different.

Question banks are containers for question slides. You put questions in, then draw them out when you need them. Reuse questions as often as you'd like throughout your course. See the tutorials listed here to learn how.

There is an option for selecting the number of questions from the question bank but will new questions appear for every new attempt?
Options for shuffling and selecting particular number of questions is already there. :)
