Skipping drag and Drop question but still receiving correct/incorrect feedback

I have a freeform drag and drop question and I want the user to be able to skip the question. If the user decides to answer the question, my only option is a feedback screen instead of being able to give correct/incorrect feedback-which is the essence of learning. Why would Articulate Storyline 360 not give me the option to provide correct/incorrect feedback? Am I missing a setting?
