I've just downloaded the SL3 trial to a Windows 10 environment. I opened, upgraded and published a former SL2 file, but now when it plays, a small border/gap has appeared between the player and the slide (see attached).
The slide size is 1024 x 576.
I've published to Flash/HTML5.
Display is set to 100%.
Screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.
Is there a setting I need to adjust to remove the gap? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Paula, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!
We're glad you're here, but I'm sorry you've hit this snag with Storyline 3! It's something our team is looking into and are testing, so I'll let you know here as soon as I have more info on it.
Sorry again for all the trouble, but please let me know if there is anything else I can help with during your trial or after.
The same sort of issue here. I've set the story size to 1920x1080 as I'm intending to display on HD (1920x1080) screen via HDMI - but get borders on both sides.
I think i'm understanding story size / screen resolution correctly, if not please advise

Hi there Paul!
I see you also started a new discussion over here. We can keep the conversation going in that discussion, if you'd like!
Hi Alyssa, yes that would be good. I did try and delete my post in this discussion, but obviously it wasn't deleted.
