Does this need to be hosted somewhere long-term or just temporary? When I send out temporary proofing courses, for review, I host them on dropbox (free). However, that's really only for temporary hosting.
I'm interested to see what others say here, as I'm sure there are plenty of inexpensive ways to host this without setting up a server. ;)
It needs to be 12 month hosting at least. Although I use DropBox myself, several of my customers have blocked access to personal cloud services like DropBox to prevent employees from storing company information outside the network.
ReviewMyeLearning is a cool site but is not really a hosting service so would not be the way to go in this case. ReviewMyElearning allows reviewers to record their comments about a course during the development review cycle.

Keepin' the joy,

That restriction also applies to DropBox links.
Check out ReviewMyeLearning. It can be inexpensive, depending on your needs. We use it regularly for SME collaboration and it works very well for us.

Sam, have you looked at Vimeo? They don't have ads. https://vimeo.com/
Many thanks for your input here, Nancy. :)
