I'm working with SL2 and I know mp4's are a supported video file format, however the last three I've tried importing (three different projects) "THE FILE" does not appear to be a supported video format. Please select a video from one of the supported formats. I'm not sure if it's my SL2 software or not?
I am guessing the watchword here is "codec", you need to ensure you are using the correct one in the /mp4. Have a look at this thread and see if it helps.
Thanks, Bruce. The video files were sent to me from SMEs, so might not be worth trying to get them to re-code with the right codec. I have a free mp4 to mov file converter I'm using now, but it just takes a bit! The article you sent was helpful! Thanks very much.
