SL2 on IPAD - HTML5 - white screen

Hey Lorenz, sorry you're running into this! Here are a few of my initial thoughts:

• Are you on the most recent update of Storyline 2 (Update 11)?
• Are you viewing the content in Articulate Mobile Player in Apple iOS 7 or later?
• Is the content hosted on a web server or LMS? If an LMS, have you tried testing it in SCORM Cloud to see if the same thing happens there?

When white screen appears I have to reload the entire page.
