Hi Michelle,

Thanks for letting us know what's going on. We're seeing some problems with the Review Quiz feature in Storyline 360, specifically when you're using a question bank and you're on the second quiz attempt. Does that scenario match what you're seeing?

If so, you can temporarily work around this bug by installing a previous version, Update 22. Here's how. 

We're targeting to release a fix for this bug soon, and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready!
