Slide layers

Mar 16, 2017

I have a base layer that displays nine cards that I want users to click on. When doing so, it opens a slide layer.  There is the option to close the slide layer.

If time remains on the base layer, they can continue to click on the slide layers. However, if there is no time left on the slide layer or the base layer, they can't advance? How do I fix this? Do I adjust the base layer timeline and make it really, really long or do I change something in the slide layer properties?

Set each layer to pause the base timeline, so it only runs while they are viewing the base.

Like Brian says, if there is a mechanism for advancing, they can always advance.

It sounds to me like there is a trigger to advance when the timeline ends, and you are previewing only one slide. Without the jump target, it will stop when the timeline ends.
