Hi! Is there a way to have slide text appear underneath the slide image in the exported Word doc? I used the Translator function and cut and pasted from the table it produced onto each slide - but does anyone know a more automated (and/or less time-consuming) method? Thank you!!
Thanks but I don't mean the Notes. My client wants the text of what is written on each slide to show up in the Word document - above the Notes. She thinks it's easier to edit that way.

If you're talking about Notes, then just publish to Word and tick "Show slide notes".

Hi, Cara.
When you use the Translation export, each text box will be placed in a separate table cell.
The only other option is to copy the slide text into Notes, then publish it as a Word Document (Home>Publish>Word).
If the checkbox for "Show slide notes" is selected, as Pierre mentioned above, then it will show as one paragraph under each slide.
