I have a file that uses a slider on the base layer and navigates the end user to various layers within the slide.
Each layer in the slide has a .wmv on it.
In preview mode, everything works fine. Once published, the slider is clickable and will jump to the layer, but then reverts back to the starting position and is no longer movable. The hover state on the slider still works and my cursor changes from the arrow to the finger pointer when I am trying to move it - but nothing happens.
Are you viewing the published output in the intended publish environment vs. locally? If you're testing the content locally it may encounter security restrictions such as described here, so I'd suggest uploading to a web server or LMS (depending on how you publish) to properly test it.
Are you trying to point directly to the HTML5 output or just disabling Flash as a part of your Chrome browser? Have you looked at uploading it to a site such as SCORM Cloud as an industry standard for testing LMS content? If it's also not working there, we'll likely need to take a look at the file to see how you've set it up and what's occurring - can you share the .story file here with us using the "add attachment" button? Ashley, we uploaded the published content to our LMS (Moodle) to view it. That's where we experienced it not working.
