I have a course where I have set triggers to return home to a specific slide until all five objects are visited. The trigger works for some of the slides, but for one of them it picks a completely different slide than the trigger I've set up. I have no idea why it works for some but not all!
Look at story view, and trace the little red lines. There will be one from the problem slide that points to the slide it jumps to. Hover over it, and you may be able to see the text of the trigger that sends it. If you can't figure it out from there, attach the .story file here, and let someone take a look at it.
The trigger on 1.29 says to go back to 1.13 when they click next but the triggers on the feedback layers on the continue button say go to next slide which is 1.30 - where do you want them to go?
So glad that Wendy was able to help you here, Kris.

Okay, I'm having a similiar problem, but now know to look at the layers on quizzes. I 'm trying to have a slide where the user has to visit all four paths before they move back in the course. I've tried to disable next buttons and set conditions to appear after the 4 objects were visited. I've tried to add a next button with conditions that have it hidden when the timeline starts and then change state to normal after my four objects are visited. But it never shows up. I'm stumped.

The hovering doesn't seem to tell me anything. I'll try to attach the files.

I did get the hover to work but it just said jump to next slide.
Which slide has the issue Kris?
The last slide in the olfaction series - I think it was 1.29,
The trigger on 1.29 says to go back to 1.13 when they click next but the triggers on the feedback layers on the continue button say go to next slide which is 1.30 - where do you want them to go?
Back to 1.15. I guess I'm not seeing the triggers on the feedback. Where do I look for those?
If you select the layer in the slide properties panel you'll see the triggers assigned when the user clicks the Continue button
Thank you!
I never even would have considered checking on the response layers!
