When Previewing a scene and project most of the slides are gray and the controls do not respond. I can occasionally select individual slides using the "select" pull down with in Preview. This issue is only occurring with the attached course. The file is on my computer's hard drive and not a networked drive.
There is an issue associated with the image you inserted of the 5S workplace. I'm not sure exactly what the issue is with it, but if you turn the visibility off on that image (or delete it) your "Gray" slides display just fine. I would locate the original image and try to re-insert it or create something new/similar inside of Storyline.
Additionally, it looks like you copied and pasted or inserted a lot of the material perhaps from PowerPoint. The current slide master in use is a little unruly and could be cleaned up. Additionally as a side note, I noticed you have several slides with text that runs off the screen. You'll need to go in and tweak those so they display the full content inside your slide boundaries.
The image of "5S" is the culprit for your display problem. Fix that and you'll be fine.

Bob I appreciate the second set of eyes. This was an import from PowerPoint that was handed to me. I'm tackling each issue in series on this one.
thanks
