Slides are auto-advancing in StoryLine 2 - no trigger to indicate auto-advance

Did you import any PowerPoint slides that could have had animations on them?  Have you checked the master slides as well.?  Happy to take a look if you want to upload the story file.

I did import a PowerPoint as a basis, but again no transitions used as far as I can see.

Where do I upload the story file to? Here or somewhere else?

I see Wendy is helping you here, and she is correct: if you would like to upload your .story file for us to take a look at, all you need to do is use the "Add Attachment" button and navigate to your file on your machine from there. In addition, please see this information on Tips for Importing Microsoft PowerPoint and Articulate Presenter Content, as well as this tutorial, Importing Slides from Microsoft Powerpoint. 

I also wanted to add that in the interests of meeting your deadline, you are also welcome to work directly with our support staff by submitting a case using this link. 

Hi, Sammie.  Did you get an answer to your issue?  I'm having the same problem, but I didn't import any slides from Powerpoint.

Hard to say without seeing your file? Have you checked

• triggers - 'jump to next slide when timeline ends' 
• master slides - (if you are using them) advance when timeline end triggers
• layers - advance when timeline end triggers
• slide properties 'advance automatically' is not selected.

Happy to take a look if you want to upload the file (or a few slides if it's happening to all)

Yes, Wendy, thank you.  I found another thread on here with the same issue and discovered the properties 'advance automatically' was my problem.  Good to go.
