Slides Re-Locking

Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and how they fixed it. I have a course that has two scenes. It's set to restricted movement so that learners have to progress through once in the correct order but can then in theory jump around to re-review whatever they want.
The issue I am having is that when I upload the file into our LMS, it always resets the second scene so it reverts to being locked. I have tried setting each slide in the second scene to automatically decide, resume state and reset initial state upon revisiting and the same error presents itself regardless of these settings.
Has anyone else had this happen and found a fix?

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! Have you tried testing your course in a different LMS to confirm if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS? SCORM Cloud is a great environment that you can use for this purpose. Here's how to test your course in SCORM Cloud:
