How do I get rid of the small course progress pie chart that seems to be part of the menu frame in the top right of my elearning? I have a custom progress bar that kicks in once the user progresses past the initial intro slides to module one and this small pie is confusing people...
Hi, Emily -- Thanks for reaching out! As this appears to be custom, perhaps you might want to upload your file here so that others can take a closer look and hopefully assist you further.
To share, please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box, and you can browse/upload your .story file from there! :)
Apologies – I uploaded the wrong files. Those were the one’s that worked when I removed the quiz at the end! Please could you remove them from your hosting site?
Please find the story file for the slides that were causing issue attached only. We are hosting the SCORM in our Moodle environment.
Thanks for uploading your file and I'm taking a look as Christie is off for the next few days. I'll be in touch once I've had a chance to review your latest file.
That blue circle is associated with the quiz timer that you have enabled on your results slide. If you remove that functionality the blue circle will disappear. It was also set to "do not show time" and therefore since it's set for 60 mins, the blue circle will stay in such a state for a period of time as it's difficult to show that a few seconds have passed.
Thank-you SO much! This has resolved the pie/timer issue. However the size remains reduced. When I remove the results slide before publish, the project displays full screen on whichever PC I access the elearning from but when I include the results slide, the size of the elearning is significantly reduced in the browser window.
I've checked the player settings for the Results Slide and it is set to: "Resize Browser to fill screen" and "Scale player to fill browser window" - the same as all the other slides in the project. What am I missing here? Thanks, Emily
I'm not sure I'm clear on the behavior your seeing - and didn't see mention of it earlier in this discussion. Do you have a screenshot of the different behavior you're seeing? Also the player settings you're using are for the course as a whole, not for individual slides. I opened the course using the link that Christie shared above and it did open my browser window to full screen and the course took up the full height of the screen. It won't scale the width larger than the story size you set up which seems fairly square in it's dimensions.
I certainly understand - did the version Christie previously uploaded not include the results slide then? That's the one that scaled normally for me, so I'd want to take a look at the one you have with the results slide. If you can't post it here in the forums you can send it along to me privately here.
Thanks Emily - I grabbed the case this AM and will be taking a look. I'll respond to you through the case so that I can share any information or links to your course since you did not want to share publicly.

Hi, Emily -- Many thanks for the uploads you have shared, and we'll check them out as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated! :)
Hi, Emily -- Ok, so I published your course and uploaded it to the SCORM Cloud for testing. Could you please click here to see if you are finding the same behavior via this link as what you are reporting when you initially did your testing? Unfortunately, I did not see the blue circle in the upper right corner in the module I have shared. Please confirm and if possible, please let us know a bit more about the environment in which you are testing your course.

Hi Ashley - Sorry I'd deleted that post referencing the sizing issue because it shared the full file which we would rather not do on a public forum.
Please find screenshots attached. I'm happy to email you both files too if you'd like to test?

Hi Ashley
Thank-you; I've uploaded the story and zipped files with the results slide included.
Thanks
Emily
I just realised I should probably share the Case number too - 00792083
