I have had articulate storyline for a year now and now when I try to either open up an old file or create a new project it tells me that my free trial has expired and asks me to enter my serial number. When I enter my serial number I get a message saying that it's invalid. I've had the program running well for a long time so I don't know why this is happening now--and now I can't use it at all.
Have you already reached out to our Support team for assistance? They'll be able to check your serial number and see if maybe it's something like too many activations?
