Hi Marie,

When you're viewing the HTML5 output, are you doing so locally? If so, I'd recommend uploading to a web server/LMS to properly test it as often the browser security restrictions can cause issues with local playback. 

If you're still having trouble, can you let us know a bit more about your setup? Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". Also, if it's only some videos are they a particular video type? Set to start in a certain way?
