We have a new training module which uses videos on slides to deliver content. Some of the videos will not start when viewed in HTML5 but they play perfectly from an Articulate Temp Share link. Any thoughts on what might be causing our issue?
When you're viewing the HTML5 output, are you doing so locally? If so, I'd recommend uploading to a web server/LMS to properly test it as often the browser security restrictions can cause issues with local playback.
If you're still having trouble, can you let us know a bit more about your setup? Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". Also, if it's only some videos are they a particular video type? Set to start in a certain way?
