I've created a learning narrative in Storyline, a non-linear story using triggers. Each slide should have some narration before the triggers appear. I've used pcm-encoded waves and mp3s, but when I circle back to some slides, the narration files will not play. When viewing the slides a second time, the slide displays at the end, after narration would have ended and the triggers have appeared. Is there anyway to fix this without adding more slides?
Just to be sure I'm understanding what's happening, the audio files play at first, but not when revisiting a slide with the audio. Is that right? If that's the case, are you able to set the slides to reset to their initial state upon revisiting? This should start the slide from the beginning of the timeline and replay the audio.
If that doesn't work, are you able to share your .STORY file here?
