I have created a project which passed the preview with flying colors. All audio works within the preview. However in the published product, the audio is not working on all the slides. Also, on slides where the audio didn't work on first visit to the slide, the audio works when revisited.
I have looked through previous discussions, but haven't had any luck finding an answer.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the audio. How are you testing the published content? You'll want to be sure you're using a supported browser and testing in its intended environment and not on your local hard drive.
