I use mp.3 in Imovie to make a poduct with picutres and sound and as the result the final product is .mov. I convert it into MP4. When i publish my .story the sound gets a kind of eco. I do know that the quality isn't as good as in original "films" . We had problems with sound before but only in the terms of lower volym. Now it's different and I have no idea what to do. I've tryed to change to mono instead of stereo but it just get's worse.
I use Storyline 3, I have articultae 360. I attach the file. In the beginning you will hear doubble sound but that will be removed. It's about 0.56 that thiings start happening. And u hear it only in your headset.
Thanks for checking on - can you let me know what version of Chrome and if it's for Mac or Windows? You'll want to work on the latest version of Chrome possible which looks to be ver 63.
Also, does the echo occur during a specific point of the video? That'll help us narrow down our testing!

Sorry that's happening, Olga! I'm happy to try and help.
What version of Storyline are you using? Also, would you mind attaching the MP4 file here? I'd like to test it on my end. Thanks!

Thank you, Olga! Could you test this link and let me know if you hear the echo in that file?
If so, please let me know what browser you're using for testing. I'll be standing by!
